这两年里会有很多学习料理的机会
Hotel Cuisine>European Cuisine>Asian Cuisine
而我现在上着第四学期~
科目包括European Cuisine/欧式料理
上到这一课就要学习当一个Head Chef
一个掌控整个餐厅厨房的主厨~xD
每一位组员都轮流当主厨的机会
而我的第一天~就是这一个学期开学的第一个星期
是我们组的第一位
准备的时候都很小心
不想让别人觉得很逊
想要证明~就算是女生~也是可以很强势

MAIN COURSE : Lamb loin
Roasted stuffed lamb loin topped with goat’s cheese accompanied with sautéed portabella mushroom, braised fennel, garlic mashed potato and elk sauce.
DESSERT : Apple Tart
Finnish apple tart served with vanilla sauce.
当天我的中学同学Jane和Winy都有来捧场

我的第二个Head Chef Day刚好遇到马来人的斋戒日
所以就要做自助式的料理

因为厨房忙翻了
然后也没有专业的相机
而且这学期真的好忙好忙~
忙到没时间更新部落格 =P
厨房的工作总是充满了挑战
每一次遇到的问题都不一样
甚至在厨房工作的人~他们的心情也会深深的影响料理
这两次算取了经验
下一次~我还要更强!!!更出色!!!
